I had a group spa planned of 50 ladies. I broke in two different sessions of 25 ladies and had two other consultants that were helping me with it. Well, my dad got admitted into the hospital and we are unsure of what is going on and they may have to amputate his toe. I went ahead and have the girls a headsup on the status of my dad, just in case the spa is not going to be able to happen. Anyway, after all that news, the other consultant found out that her great grandma who is 98 also got admitted to the hospital and she will not be able to now have ababysitter andcannot help. So, that leave me and oneother consultant with 25 girls an hour. Any suggestions of how to make it go smooth? Thanks forall of your help. Pleasekeep my dad in your prayers!!

I'm so sorry to hear about your father and your friend’s great grandmother. I'm sure that everything will go well. Maybe you should shorten the spa time or do a few treatments at a once. Like starting one side with something working its way to the other andanother working its way to the other side. (Does that make sense?) I would also let them know that you were planning on having another consultant there but due to a family emergency she wasn’t able to make it. That should help them to be more patient since this will take longer since there are so many people at once. Other then that remember that its supposed to be fun and relaxing for you too and don’t stress about it. I’m sure everything will go great! Make sure you let us know how everything went! Good Luck!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif

Jennifer,
I'm so sorry to hear the sad news. I will keep your family and your friend's family in prayer.
As far as suggestions on big groups, I've only done a group that big once. My Director suggested having them pertner up and help each other so that you don't have to run yourself ragged. We did the eye pads with relaxation, warming trend, foot creme on elbows, and hand massages (on their partners) with either extreme repair or sugar body butter. It went very well and the ladies really enjoyed being able to help each other relax!
I know you'll do great! Just be yourself, relax, and have fun!
