Could anyone offer some ideas on promos they offer to entice individuals to come to an open house. I am new to the business and am not too creative with all the different packages and discounts.

I like to do a mystery hostess. everyone who orders gets a chance at the hostess special - a $100 in products for free and they get to pick the products they want.
I always also do a door prize - usually an aromatherapy basket. This time I am trying something new,I am offering $50 in free products to anyone who brings a friend - I put this on my invite. Lastly,anyone who books a party can take a free booking gift and also gets entered in a raffle with everyone else who books a party for a free Re9 travel set.
My last open house right before xmas I did over $1,000 in volume (great!) but didn't book any parties - this time I need to get some bookings so I beefed up my booking incentives.

One time I did specials (when I sold another skin care/cosmetics line)- like, if my open house went from 1 - 4 PM, in Hour One (from 1pm - 2pm) I gave 15% off skin care; in hour two, I gave XX% off of cosmetics; in the thrid hour, I gave XX% off of fragrance & body care.
It worked! I had a huge showing in my first hour! And a decent showing the rest of the afternoon.
