Just wondered if having multiple blogs would lessen the likelihood of being hired as a Google Rater. I'm early in my research both here at wahm.com and direct through Google on what this position looks like, but thought I'd throw the question out there.
I am looking for extra income to help with Summer expenses.

It might, though not necessarily. For example, if you make a significant amount of money with AdSense then it could be considered a possible conflict of interest.

There is no conflict of interest? (Don't answer because I know what you're thinking) AdSense is a legitimate source of income, big or small. If anything, being a rater will make a blogger/writer/webmaster even better... (you already know this, and how).
Wendy, tell the company/s that you're applying to about your blogs. It shows a level of understanding of the internet -- and being internet savvy counts considerably. In my opinion, writers are great for this type of work. They are excellent researchers and can handle the enormous amount of reading required.

I don't recall even being asked anything about whether I run/own any blogs/websites during my application/interview process to be honest... Don't let your blogs hold you back from trying!

I started my website/blog after I had been a rater with LF for over a year. It never even occured to me that they might think it was a conflict of interest. I am still with LF, so I don't think it is an issue.

I just applied to Leapforce and got the email to test in a few days. It says the exam takes 5-8 hours to complete? Does it really? That is a super long time!

I spent more time than that on mine; but I know that some people took less time. Allow yourself lots of time so you won't be pressured.
