We are a lead generation and appointment setting company with a successful 100% virtual call center. We have acquired a large client and will be increasing capacity in our center. We are looking for people based in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire for training purposes but will consider others with experience working in a call center.

Our company generates great sales leads for dealers of home improvement products. We run 300 customized online marketing campaigns that leverage paid search, search engine optimization and online affiliates. We are profitable and growing.
Our call center is an essential component of our service. We need the best and most-motivated call center agents we can find in Eastern Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to participate in our growth.
Job Summary:
Your objective is to qualify sales leads and ultimately set in-home appointments with homeowners. You will work from our Web-based script; we will provide training as well.
We take advantage of virtual call center technology, which enables our agents to work from home. That makes this an outstanding position for a stay-at-home mom, or another individual who needs flexible hours and wishes to work from home.
Compensation is based on an hourly base rate plus a bonus for each appointment you set.
Job Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of in a sales position, preferably serving consumers
- Be well organized and detail-oriented, and have common sense.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Have strong computer and data entry skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
- Be able to work a part-time day or evening weekend shift.
- Must have a quiet working environment available in your home, with the following technical components:
- High speed internet connection (Cable or DSL)
- CPU with 1.2 GHz or higher and 1 GB or more Ram
- Windows 2000, XP or 7
- Internet Explorer 6 or higher
- You should live in Eastern Massachusetts, and be available for periodic meetings with our call center manager.
