Howdy Mia Bella Fans!
I am one of the Owners of Bekeeda, and it was great to see how much some of you liked Lori's website. We are working to create packages that will meet the needs of WAHM's and network markters, so in that process </font>I'm
adding to our built in lead capture forms on the bekeeda
customer sites and I was trying to come up with a list of all the
possible things people would want to capture in the form.

</font>If you had a lead capture form on your site, what info would you like to capture?



So far, I have come up with:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email
- checkbox indicating "yes i want you to mail me a sample/info packet/etc"
- physical address, city, state, zip

Are
there any that you can think of that you would like to see added to
that list if you were creating your own lead capture form?

I would ad a check box for Interest in Fundraisers and Interest in Home Party or Book Party.
