Which surveys? Did they say why?
I listened to a call with my NVP & Maxine King on dropping the samples & a survey & they said it was fine. Our survey is basically what you use on a slip at an expo or something like that to determine interest...i.e. "Do you currently use a skin care system? Are anti-aging products important to you? Are you interested in information about working from home." I am just paraphrasing, I'm at work & the survey is on mylaptop at home.
I did try this approach briefly. I did not achieve a great response from it. I did have someone sign up for the IC account but just for the discount. I had about a 50% return rate of the surveys out of 10 but only 1 I mentioned that had any interest.
