Has anyone ever written to Arbonne to ask a question about products? If
so how long does it take them to answer back? I sent an email last

answer within two days.

I would send the email again. The only time they did not get back
to me right away they did not get back to me at all. I assume the
email just got lost. I had the question answered by someone in my
upline, so I did not resend it. Usually they are very prompt and
helpful.

I have found they return phone calls faster than e-mails...within 24 hours.
