hey everyone!
I really wanted Coaching with Heart, but on research, someone already has this name for their biz, though they don't have a website under it.
Can I still use it? Suggestions?

It probably won't be an issue if neither of you grow big enough to
worry about retaining your trademark. And there won't be
confusion if you aren't close to one another. But since they are
in business before you, they could technically be able to force you to
change your name in the future.
I don't know how tied you are to the name, but how about a variation... Coaching from the Heart, Heartfelt Coaching...
