How can a "page transition affect" be created in Dreamweaver CS3?

How Do you create the website so the each individual page will fade into another page,or just smoothly blend into one another?

Thank you so much!I appreciate any time, and ANY of your suggestions!

Hi

I haven't used CS3 for a while but as I recall to make a transition effect you add a META tag.

Code it like this (with meta tag coding):

HTTP-EQUIV="Page-Enter" or "Page-Exit".

Pretty simple, just add the page you want to fade to in Page-Enter and the page you want to fade from in Page-Exit.

Hope this helps.

Be very careful and tactful with page transitions. If not done well they can be considered tacky and off-putting to visitors. Someone on another forum called them a "retro '90s feel". If I were to use transitions I would use only one type consistently through the website. But, then again, that might be your plan already. :p

That said, use a meta tag like wwwproperties suggested. Here's a website that lists the effects you can use: Page Transition Effects (http://www.boogiejack.com/transition_effects.html)
