I just got my first online order - boy that's exciting! Anyway, I was
just wondering if anyone plans on sending anything to these people
like a thank you or brochure?

I sent out a thank you with my business card and a body wash sample.

I always like to give my local customers a little something extra, so I
thought this was a nice gesture for someone long distance. If it were a
really large order, I would include a car air freshner or two- just so I can
keep the package flat and the postage as low as possible.

I'd love to know what you decide to do. Isn't it fun to see the online
orders come in? Wheee!smileys/smiley36.gif

I'm a Retail Piggy smileys/smiley30.gif smileys/smiley30.gif again today! Yeah!

Here's another thing I've decided to do- I have an account with Blue
Mountain- I use it to send out cards to my team, along with friends &
family. I am going to start sending out a thank you eCard to each
customer, and tell them to watch their mailbox for a special thank you
gift.

I love this group too. We are definitely a family here!

You may want to also consider REAL greeting cards! I send those out to my customers and have a very good response rate to them. I can set you up with an account if you would like. Just let me know!

The cards Natalieare talking about are very nice and it's a very easy service to use. :) I love it!

I use SOC as well for so many things - and they are so versatile - especially since you can upload pictures to them if you wanted! I use them for my business all the time and even take advantage of the postcards and create small postcard campaigns for MB!
