Job Type:Part-time Description
Goebel Media Group is currently seeking an assistant to work part time. We are looking for a professional individual with strong computer and organizational skills to work 20 hours per week (10:00-3:00 with a 1 hour lunch M-F).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Writing and sending client proposals and contracts
- Maintaining contact with current clients
- Creating and editing excel spreadsheets
- Making phone calls and sending emails
- Signing businesses up for various accounts online
- Setting up advertising campaigns online
- Managing ecommerce products (after training)
- Editing basic HTML (after training)
Responsibilities and duties change daily based on client needs.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Strong computer/internet skills
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus but not required.
