I read in the back office message boards (I think)that once you get your first order - that customer becomes your customer "for life" - in other words, even if she goes to another rep's page, because she's registered under your site as a purchaser, you get the repeat sales credit(unlessthey make up a brand new profile). I think that's a very nice feature that once our customer is in the database, they can literally stumble ontoANY MB page - and think "oh yea, I meant to order a couple of those" and boom - order done, and you still get the credit!

This is the part that I really liked:


Management wanted the system this way so that the person that originally introduced them to the product will get rebates from that customer indefinitely, unless they create a new customer account under another distributor site.

Abby's Mom asked how I knew that an online order came in-

The first tip-off for me was that I noticed my personal volume was up, but
I hadn't made another purchase recently...

To check for details on online orders, you scroll down when you are in
your Report Manager in your back office and check your Virtual Invoice
History- the same way you would to track an order that you have
personally placed.

Your customer's online order invoice will be in there, and you can see all
the details about who they are and what they have ordered.
