Dell Perot Systems is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for Configuration & Business Analysts to join our Travel or Telecommute (work at home) team.
Position Purpose:
Perform duties to evaluate, configure, and test new or modified managed care configuration within current claims payer system to function according to user requirements. Analyze user requirements to automate processing or to improve existing systems, identify problems and learn specific input and output requirements. Act as lead for team issues or complicated matters.
Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in claims payment, quality improvement, business operations and business analysis. Knowledge of one or more of the following claims paying systems preferred: AMISYS, NASCO, Facets, EZ-Cap, Rims, Qcare, Xcelys, Nexgen, QNXT, ITS, WGS, Call Care Browser and Diamond.

Knowledge Worker: Integrity, Flexibility, Communication, Critical Thinking, Customer Focus, Decision Making, Planning and Organizing, Building Strategic Working Relationships, Technical and Professional Knowledge
Position Responsibilities:
· Conduct research to identify payment rules.
· Test system configuration related to pricing, capitation, benefit, authorization, and other contract related issues.
Our clients are located nationwide. Some travel positions may require 100% travel. Our projects can last anywhere from 2 months to 2 years. For the travel positions, our associates stay onsite for 6-8 weeks at a time, and are then given an opportunity to go home for up to one week. Associates continue that cycle throughout the project's duration. Our client's pay all of the travel expenses including airfare, hotel, rental car and a generous per diem. There can also be opportunities for overtime. Our telecommuting opportunities will allow you to work from home. Some travel maybe required from time to time.
