Yes maam! You will experience rapid withdrawl symptoms...but I did it!! I did it the month I was moving and everything was everywhere and I was crazy!! They are super about understanding!

Yes you can , but only 1 time per year. SO if you are COTM in Jan and then May you switch to Associate then in July to COTM you can't switch again til the following year. :)
