I am so excited!! I was feeling really down about my business, that I wasn't doing as well as I had last year, and that I wasn't doing enough to keep my unit motivated but today the 1st quarter stats came out and I am THRILLED! I have 3 girls in the top 25, we are the #3 unit in sales (we're one of the smallest units and only the 2 biggest beat us!!), and I am #1 in sales which I was totally shocked at. I thought for sure I wasn't!! That combined with booking 11 parties last week and getting a recruit have just really motivated me to work even harder! Yeah!!

Well, I made phone calls to start the week off as we have a booking challenge in the company for April bookings. So I booked 3 that way, then I had 4 parties later in the week and booked 2, 1, 2, 3. Once I realized what I'd done I was SHOCKED! I've never done that before!! At my parties I play a booking game and that's what gets them. As for the phone calls...that was an act of God. I am NOT GOOD at getting the bookings that way.
