So excited for NTC! I was just wondering about the dress code. How casual for day meetings and how formal for the final evening bash? Is a long formal gown really required or is a cocktail dress okay?

During the day it's casual. You'll see a variety. Capri pants, summer dresses, skirts, jeans with dressed up tops. Some suits. Basically business casual. There were some groups in a team t-shirt & jeans or whatever. COMFY shoes!
The awards dinner you will see cocktail dresses & formal gowns or dressy pantsuits. So it's what you are comfortable with!
I just went on a shopping spree at Ann Taylor Loft yesterday for all my NTC clothes. Love it!

Just a warning, they said jeans were not really acceptable so business casual for the day and more dressy in the evening. Saturday night is quite formal. I am so excited!!!!
