Hello,
My sister in law recently started the Figure 8 set. She loves it. Her daughter (10) is overweight. My sil has asked me if it would be ok for her to use it. I don't think the shakes would be bad, but I don't think the supplements would be safe for her (because of her age). Anyone have any comments regarding this?

I would advise a consult with her pediatrician. Print out all the product knowledge ingredient sheets for her to take for the doctor to give the okay.

My kids do a shake or piece of a chew hetre and there. They are 3 and 2. The supplements probably would be good to check like Cassandra said.
