What information do you list on your business cards?I am ordering them and not quiet sure what to put. I would like to put something about what a Spa Escape is , but I need to be brief. Any thoughts?

I order mine directly from the approved printer, Town and Country. They are $29.95 for 500. I get the ones with the pictures of product, neckwrap and Mustang in the corner. They are very sharp!

Here is the website: www.townandcountryprinting.com/beauti.html (http://www.townandcountryprinting.com/beauti.html)

Hope that helps!

I do mine myself. I don't pay much for them, about $4 for 120 cards, don't pay any shipping, and don't have to wait for them. Its all about what you want. I did order some from vista print but decided I liked ones I designed my own better. I put my name, phone number, email, and webpage. I also have BeautiControl spa and Image consultant.Try putting something on there like: The spa that comes to you. Or Your in home spa experience.
Relax, its on me. Just try a catchy slogan or something. good luck!

Tess I like your little description that you have on your cards! I ordered mine through Town and Country as well, but I got the plain cards with just the BC logo in the middle. Mine is :

Mistie Calhoun&nbsp ;&nbsp ;&nbsp ; 123 my street
Independent Spa Consultant&n bsp; Green Bay, WI 54304
(920) 123-4567

On my first order of cards I ordered from VistaPrint and I got the free cards w/the palm tree and the ocean. Under my name I had put RELAX, REJUVENATE, RENEW. I didn't know what to put! I really like Tess' idea about the ultimate spa experience. That would be enough to pique anyone's interest I think!

Remember when you hand out your business card to get the other person's name and phone number for followup! When I first started, BC business cards had an extra card attached for them to fill out. Now they are separate cards that you can order.

I like the Vista Print card idea and will look into it for my future use and right now for a new consultant.

Thanks!

I just ordered Biz cards with Vista-Print and paid for customizing the backside of the card.

In the front, I have "Day Spa" Home Retreat, My name, Independent Spa consultant, Bringing the Spa to you...Host a Free one hour Spa retreat for you and your friends!, You deserve a break today, My number, email and web site.

On the back: You will experience: Stress Buster Relaxation to practice peace of mind, De-aging hand treatment for softer..., Nourishing Eye treatment to sooth..., Lip treatment to exfoliate..., Foot treatment for softer.... and so on.And at the end, I encourage them to call me toreceive their special gift, discount and more for taking the time out of their busy life to relax!

The total cost for the cards, backside and Document proof was $14.50 plus s/h for 500 cards. That is a bargain in comparison with T&C. Last time, I paid $30 plus s/h for 1000 plain cards that don't say anything about what I do except for my name, address (which I didn't ask) phone, email, web site and the company logo. You guys know which one I'm talking about.

I'm so excited and can't wait to get my new biz cards!

Blessings always,

LOL...yeah, I know which ones you're talking about. I've got 'em! When I ordered them I thought that the cards HADto come from T&C, that if I had ones printed elsewhere I couldn't have "BeautiControl" written on them.

When I run out of these cards I am going to most likely go back to VistaPrint and order them so I can customize them how I want.

I still have a ton of them but I decided toget new ones. The old ones, I'll give to my clients at the Spas and with their orders.

The new ones, I use for prospecting and advertising.

Gee Itzy,

How do you get all that stuff on your cards? Are they just blank on the front and back or what? Which ones did you use?

Andrea,

I wasallowed 11 lines in the front and 12 lines in the backside. My font size range from 8 to 12. The backside's font size was #9 (bold). The card shows the lady getting a massage. I paid $2 to get a document proof. The proof is a great tool to check your layout, alignment, content and spelling.

They look great on the computer. I'm looking forward to get them soon. Wish me luck!

Blessings always,

I use vista print and love the way my cards turned out. They are purple and really stick out. They have all the necessary contact info. Under my name it says Certified Spa Consultant. I keep a handful of cards in my purse that I have handwritten on the front or back "When was the last time someone pampered you?" or it says "CAll me about a FREE gift and FREE in home spa escape." When I give those cards out, people call me before I get to call them sometimes. I always try to get their number and name and I have found that most people don't mind, especially if I have told them that they were such a wonderful server/made me smile/such a blessing, etc. and that I want to offer give them something for being so nice. People seem almost relieved when I tell them what I do. They always say "I really need something like this" Sorry if I ramble, but I have recently just built up the nerve to just give people my card and offer them my service. The response has been very positive.

Good for you! It is hard to get outside that comfort zone sometimes. You are seeing the results for doing so and that is great encouragement to us all!
