I just started working with a company where we keep people in their homes for up to 42 months. Mainly thru forensic audits into illegal practices that loan companies did to peoples Mtg's. We also do foreclosure reversals, using many of the same principals.
I see so many people that are continuously being lied to, "Oh were working on that", and then the next thing they know their house has been sold under their feet.
This mess is not going away any time soon I'm afraid :(
