I found this link advertised at the newspaper and checked online if it is legit, but there is no information; even the site itself doesn't come up at Google search, no information at BBB.

I'd be leery of any place that's site doesn't come up. Also, you will need to check the BBB Canada as it is for Canadian residents only.

You should not have to sign up for any kind of "subscription" in order to gain access to jobs. I have a dummy account that I use for this kind of thing and when I enter in my dummy info, it asked me to go to my email to confirm my subscription... they probably don't have any jobs and will just spam your email with junk.
