I am an Arbonne Consultant in Texas. Wondering if any of you use the
Phyto Prolief, and how long it took before you noticed a difference.
Thanks,
Shana

I use it and have noticed that my cramps have gone away. I sleep better at night. My mother uses it and says her menopausal symptoms have gone away my boyfriend uses it and his horrible allergies have almost gone away completely!

I use it for severe PMS. It has worked wonders for me and it worked in the first month I used it.

so if i don't notice a drastic difference in a few days, i should keep with it?
also, right now i use the shaklee vitamins, which i have always loved, but
how do arbonne vitamins compare? i want to recommend them to my
customers, but i am afraid to switch, because i have loved using shaklee.
any thoughts?

You should keep with it. Dr. John Lee's book What Your Doctor May Not Tell you about Premenopause</span>
is a great source of info on the subject. He says that it can
take up to 3 months to feel the full effect, because progesterone, like
other fat-soluble hormones is absorbed by fat cells, and the additional
progesterone may take a while to be felt. He also states that
sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. This is because
progesterone can stimulate estrogen receptors, so it may make estrogen
dominance worse until the progesterone receptors catch up.
I also like the vitamins very much. I take the women's multple
with the free calcium, the PMS supplement, and the REsist supplement.
Good luck!

I've been using the Prolief. (Love it!!!) I went to the Dr. for my yearly checkup just before my order came in. Thought I would ask her what she thought of me using it. She was totally for it. (I have BAD PMSsmileys/smiley7.gif) She told me not to give up if I didn't see a difference right away. She said give it at least 6wks. I think that I started to feel a difference the 1st week I used it. But I wouldn't give up if you haven't been using it long.

I use Prolief also with the Prementrual supplement. I use them
together for day 12-24, it really helps with the fatique I was
experiencing. I think it took 2 consecutive months for me to really
start to notice a difference.
The vitamins are top notch in my book. My husband and I both use them.
He has a very sensitive stomach and most vitamins give him a stomach
ache. Because the Arbonne vitamins disolve faster, he doesn't have that
problem.

you all have been so helpful. i will stick with it. i had read that it might
take awhile, but had also heard of folks that noticed right away, and i
have not been one of them. will keep at it.
will also stock up on vitamins. i love my shaklee, but would like to buy
the arbonne from myself....
thanks to all!
