Hello, just curious. When I started, I was told that the hardest
promotion to make was from consultant to district. But now, as a DM, I
am finding it to be harder to get to AM. What do you guys think? just
curious. For those of you who are AM, did you find it took more effort
to get there? I feel like I'm stuck. Dont get me wrong, Im not giving
up, just trying to push past and hit my goal to get to AM. Either
way, good luck to you all this month. <!--

I agree with you! I felt like the jump to DM wasn't very hard but I am SO far from AM still. It seems like a huge leap to me!

Me too, I have been a DM for a year. The one BB I had quit after 8 months. My 2 new BB started this month and my goal is to be AM by end of July.....
