1. Please take a look at the following computer requirements needed for you to be considered for the CCI At-Home Sales Agent program.
Supported Operating Systems: Windows XP Home Edition or Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 with updated security patches
Software: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher with .net frame work 2.0
Free hard drive space: Between 1-2 GB
RAM: Minimum 512 MB
Internet speed: Minimum 128 KB per second in both directions
Connectivity delay: Maximum 300 ms
Configurable firewall/router
2. Before applying, please run the Pre-registration System Check to make sure that your computer is configured to run the needed software applications. Please make sure that you close all other software applications.
If your computer passes the check, a Test Ticket ID will be generated (see the bottom, right-hand corner of the check screen). Please copy that ID in the field below and click the Apply button to continue with your application.
