So, I have never used a tart/candle warmer (whatever the correct term) before now. I have always just burned my Scentsational candles. Well, I now have my scent-simmers and my Mia Melts. I am melting my Sweet Orange and Chili Pepper, and it's filling up my house with delicious smells. Mmmm... Now, my question. Okay, I melted it a couple days ago for a few hours, then turned it off. I melted it again yesterday for a few hours, then turned it off. Do I just keep melting the same one until it's gone? Or does it not melt away and I need to pour it out and change it with another every once in awhile? Sorry to be such a bonehead, I just have no experience with these scent-simmer type things.

Thanks so much for your tips.

P.S. If you don't have one of the scent-simmers, they work great and they look nice too. smileys/smiley1.gif

I've not used our melts yet (I use our votives in my melter) - you will notice the scent is diminishing after a couple days (the scent will diminish before the liquid wax). If the scent is not as strong as you'd like it, pour it out, wipe out the container and put in a fresh Mia Melt :)

Thank you so much, Sandy. I appreciate your advice. What's nice with our Mia Melts is that I've burned it a few hours each day for a few days now and it still smells just as strong.
