Yeah! I made Dm in March. Now my question is... My #1 BB also made Dm in the same month. Does she stay in my central district and what amount of her volume, and everyone under her do I get to keep going forward?

Congratulation. What a great accomplishment for both of you!
If she made DM, than she is out of your central district. Your Central District consists of you and the consultants direct to you that have not promoted out yet. You are now an Executive DM and she is your promoted out 1st generation district.
This means that you have earned 2 months to build up your volume from your own promotion and 2 more months from her promotion - total of 4 months. She has 2 months to build. This means all of your Central District volume for those months will be banked in your personal performance account. When your 4 months is up, if you haven't promoted to AM, you will need to start maintaining $2500 in your central district. Your PPA bank will be used to cover you if you are short in maintaining.
Her volume does not count for your central district volume - not during the build months or following - but you will get paid on her volume.
Example - In April you do 2000 in RV and she does 2000 in RV, you will get paid on 4000 but only bank 2000 in your PPA.
Does that make sense?

I think it's just 2 months, not 4.

4 months is right. when you promote someone to the same level that you are at, you build again.

she gets 2 months for her own promotion and another 2 months for promoting someone out, which is accumulative, so she gets 4 months! congratulations!!

I never knew this either. But what if I am already an AM and promote a DM do I still get 2 months? Because I do not think that happened for me?

no, you get the building period the first two months after you promote, and the first two months after you promote someone out/to the same level/becomes your first generation(when you become EAM)

So If I got this right. When becoming a Dm you have 2 months to buildyou do not need $2500 for those two months but after that you will need to start maintaining $2500. Is that right?

Yes. You have 2 mths to build your performance acct. (no maintenance requirements), then the 3rd mth begin to maintain at $2.5k

Additionally, if you are shooting for first step Area Manager, you can count up to $10,000 from her central district over the entire qualification for AM period.

I thought I read in the policy manual, that you receieved a $650 permanent pick up volume when someone promotes out. What is the Pickup amt. Does that mean that I get to include $650 of her volume each month towards my $2500.

Permanent Pick-up credit is only used for YOU to qualify to the next level, when a consultant has promoted ahead of you. Meaning you don't "lose" them when they promote ahead of you. You just get to PPC for your qualification to the next level from them.
Permanent pick-up credit does not apply towards monthly maintenance

note that SwissSkin pointed out AHEAD of you, so if you are DM and you sponsored someone who reaches AM before you do, then you get the permanent pick-up credit. at least that's how I understand it.

Ifconsultant Ais a consultant & promotes consultant B to DM, PPC ($650) will help consultant A qualify for DM.
If consultant A is a DM and promotes consultant B to AM, PPC ($2500) will help consultant A qualify for AM.
Etc. for RVP & NVP....see Qualification Requirements for more details.
