smileys/smiley24.gif If you build a large team and say you are at a high level in this company and then you die, what happens to the checks you are getting from the team you have built? Can this be willed to anyone before you die? Is it inheritable?

Hmm...that is a good question! I can't wait to hear the answer to this!

That is a VERY good question.........I am gonna have to do some searching for the answer........

I will ask all the Directors on our weekly conference call tomorrow. No one has ever asked that question before, so I am sorry I will have to take it to a higher source!

Please let us know what you find out. Some companies will allow you to do this. I will join anyway, but it would be nice if we can do this and I'm sure my family would appreciate it!

I called the corporate office and I was told that no, our commission checks for any team we build is NOT inheritable. Just thought I would let ya'll know.

Yes, Vicki! Let's also hope that our kids all have their own thriving BeautiControl businesses to worry about by that time toosmileys/smiley2.gif! When I first started this, I remember my daughter was supposed to be playing in her room, while I was working a bit on the computer. She kept coming in and asking me for paper bags, then she would ask me how to spell the names of our family members one at a time.

Finally, after about 3 or 4 times, I got curious as to what the heck she was doing. So I went into her room to find her with all of her smallest toys (mostly dollhouse stuff, Polly Pockets, and Barbie stuff) in the middle of her floor, some stuffed into paper bags with names on them. When I asked her what she was doing she said, "Mommy, I'm filling all my BeautiControl orders!" Like "Duh! What else</span> would I be doing?" It was the cutest thing. Now, at the tender age of seven, she is a total Spa Diva already! Sorry that was so long, I just love that story!

Mine is such a diva at 4 1/2! It is so funny! She is going around promoting my business to everyone...although it comes out like this:


Do you want to go to Mommy's spa or do you want to go to Julia's spa? When asked what the difference is, she saysJulia's gives good back massages!

I knowa Director who just qualified for her Mustang and she said she grew up with BeautiControl. Her mom was a consumer consultant and at a very young age she was building a passion for the company and the products. Her mom gave her her kit for her birthday and the rest is history.

I was told a while back that inheritance for your children is something BeautiControl is working on and will probably implement in the future.


In the future,I would bet it would be something that is available once you reach a certain level.


BeautiControl is wonderful to their consultants and I know they work hard to reward us and give us recognition that we earn.

That is great news Tess! Hopefully it is something that will take effect soon, I know so many families would benefit from the inheritance.
