We are using Gmail because we are in middle of a domain transfer. Also because we like various features it offer. Didn't think it would be a big deal since several other companies use Gmail as well. If it would put everyone at ease though, once domain is transfer I will post that email address as well.

I am a partner and will be one of the team leaders once everyone they need is hired and train for the new projects that are steady coming in. Right now I am just filling in as one of the recruiters.

As far as website, not only are we waiting for a domain transfer but it needs some updating and correction IE under construction BUT will speak to someone and see if I can post it anyway.

Everyone will be a IC. No set schedules. Paid via Paypal. Some projects pay biweekly, some weekly and a new one we just got paids twice a week! I am very excited about what has come in (some still being finalized). We are really looking for some great reps. No experience required on some of the projects. Oh right now (working on getting more in) the hourly positions are filled BUT let me tell you we have a few reps making more off the commission -based anyway. We have high $ commission projects(phone campaigns).

We've done some business offline and only a few years online with a handful of great reps. We are growing A LOT faster then expected due to word of mouth, ads, fliers etc... and the immediate, big hire is due to clients IMMEDIATE wants and needs. Both phone and non-phone work (not as many positions openings.)

We all are virtual workers ourselves and I guaranteed probably one of the most honest companies you will come across. We understand the skeptical vibes and it is good to be cautious. We are the same way. Your SSN is not required to apply (We will need a 1099 by end of November though). Not even to get hired UNLESS it is for a client that required background checks. We've gone out our way to help many in the past and after a long debate is the reason we posted here. I knew we would be dissected but we are legit and are not trying to hide anything intentionally.

I don't mind answering ANY questions because we really don't have anything to hide. We screen the clients, research and ask questions, questions because we don't want to deal with any mess either. We want the best experience not only for our clients but our workers. We are a team, it's not all about benefiting us.

We posted hiring ads in several other places so are getting hundreds of emails a day (seems like a hour at times). It may take sometime to get through all of them since it is first come, first serve BUT know you will eventually be contacted.

2Daysbest has handle work in various industries but no longer promote anything to do with adult content, psychic (no offense to anyone), anything illegal. We are open to suggestions and opinions.
