Hi!
I am seriously considering this, however, I don't like to pay a lot for training ( I always attend our company trainings and conventions, and take advantage of the free trainings they offer). LOL! I do like to buy CD's which I can listen to in my car. I find books sit there, I can't focus on them.
I've been in direct sales for 8 years.
I am a strong recruiter
I am a trip earner, President's Club Achiever
I am good at teaching my team to sell (recruiting is a little harder but they are getting there)
I have promoted out multiple supervisors in a year, and am working with a new class now
I am getting there, just not as quickly as I'd like...
My biggest issue for me is time management. :-D
I don't want something that is going to go over the basics. I have CD's and books on that.
But I want to give my team the tools, and grow my biz a little faster.
Is this worth the investment. :-)
Right now I am the sole bread winner, and though we are doing it, I dont' have extra "play money"
Thanks!
Debbie

Hi Debbie
I actually bought this a few months ago. I haven't gotten all the way through it but what I do like about it is that it is a "complete" system. Meaning that if you could loan it out to your team (not newbies but those who are wanting more), it might give them the tools.
I also don't have all of her trainings so I don't know if the same info is on other discs. She does have a recruiting interview on there that I like quite a bit. and also helping recruits get off to a good start etc. I don't know that she addresses time management necessarily but I haven't gotten all the way through it.

See, that's what I'm afraid of. It's $620, and 6 webinars, so it's a committment. It sounds great, but she is a good sales person. :-)
I am sort of a do it my way, play around person... and I know what I need to do, I just dont' always do it. But when I do, it works. LOL.
Thanks!

Well, basically if you get the package, you don't necessarily need the webinars because it is the same info for the most part. If you problem is "follow through" then this won't help. The truth is, most of us know what to do, we just don't do it and then we think there is "a secret". Even if we don't use the perfect verbiage or start everyone off just right, if we don't do the basics (which is get on the phone) we won't grow. I feel like a hypocrite saying it because I am the queen of procrastination when it comes to the phone. I don't like it but I also know it is the key to my business.

I know two personally who have taken Karen's Boot Camp. One did the web version and another attended her local Boot Camp she held. Both said it was well worth the money.
I also attended a 3 hour training she did here in my area and it is just so much easier to get something when you visually see the presentation. Just my take on it versus a book or tape.
I do pay for training and think it is valuable for leaders and wise to do. Anytime someone is in my area I try to attend as well as do online training and etc.
I have lots of books and tapes, however for me, it still helps to see it.
Good luck with it,
