I made Unit Manager last month. Donna Schuster told me last night that she expects me to start DIQ July 1st. So I have to work hard the next 3 months so that my team will be where I need it to be by then. Ya'll pray for me please!!!!

I'm a Sr. Consultant. I have three "thinking about it" right now. Hopefully by the end of the month I will be VIP.

Thanks everyone! I really appreciate your prayers. I'm excited to start DIQ ... again. I say that because this will be my second try. But I'm gonna make it this time. It was really premature the first time so I have been working on learning to recruit and qualify and trying to build my numbers. I think I'm finally starting to figure out what I'm doing. smileys/smiley2.gif

Yes, It's all about building your team, empowering them toplace those orders and bookspas.


We have to believe that BeautiControl is the best opportunity for women today from the heart in order to build our team.

It's a great time to start DIQ just before celebration!! Lots of people have to start a second time, wouldn't let that worry me.

This week has been awesome! I had over $600 in sales and signed up 2 new consultants. And I found out that I will be signing another one on Friday...so I will be a Unit VIP for sure May 1.

I need 1 more to become a VIP I plan on signing my DIQ may 1st. I'm having a bit of a slow time right now, but I'm not giving up! one of my new recruits sent me an e-mail the other day, all it said was.........

Hi there, Im a unit manager and in my 2nd month of DIQ.. This promotion has really helped build my team.. I know all of you will be in DIQ soon... Keep up the AWESOME work!!!

DIQ here, as of April 1st. I am excited and made the decision that it is in Gods hands.


Good things are happening and my team has grown so much in March. I went from 13 on my team to 34 so far. I have 9 personals.


Good lUck to everyone, I know you will get to DIQ! I hope to see you all at Celebration. I get to walk across the stage for the first time.


You newcomers, just work your business, have faith in yourself, and know there are great rewards ahead for you.

Well I have to share! I will be a Unit VIP promoting May 1! I found out today that the woman I met last fall is signing up over the weekend!


This is such an awesome experience and I am excited to continue to grow my team!
