I'm so happy that I read you email before the trash went out for I had pulled out the vase and the raspberry votive and pitched the box, committing it to 'death row' without knowing that there was another votive in the box!!! I dug it out of the sea of styro peanuts and lit it- I like Strawberry Kiwi better than Raspberry as the latter had a kerosene undertone.

I burned the first votive in too large of a votive cup so I can't be sure of its burn ability- I'm looking for a clean burn all the way down to the last bit of wax to minimize cleanup. The second is in an appropriate cup and it will be a few days before that candle is gone. How long do theyclaim these votive candles burn???

To answer your question about the $38.95 autoship program- well, I'm not interested in jar candles, nor soap- just votives at cost. I would like to order what I want in the quantities that I need and the flavors that I would like. What kind of programs does Mia Bella have for my needs?

Let me know because I do like the votives and would like to burn them- but do not want to pay $24 a dozen- I'm already complaining about PL's $10.90/doz and they have held that price for years!!! Carin

In a snug votive holder, my experience has been around 15 burn hours for the votives on average.

As for the votives at cost, there's really only one option - she can sell the jar and soap (or put them in a basket to sell with additional products) so she can buy the votives at the biggest discount, or she can purchase at the Associate price.

As for PL's votives, I don't know if they come in different sizes, but the ones I've seenare pretty small. I'd be curious as to how much wax is actually in them, then do a cost comparison between the two with an ounce to price breakdown. She might be surprised at the outcome.

I agree with Sandy. Just wanted to add:

PL votives are smaller but will completely liquify and will burn completely, evenlyand they burn approx 9.5 hours.
