You are a customer service and sales superstar! Your support is top notch and you pride yourself on creating memorable customer experiences and being a positive initial point of contact for each customer you assist.
You MUST love sales and interacting with people. It's natural for you to build rapport with others and make new friends easily. You are competitive by nature and motivated to exceed daily goals.
Additionally, you have an aptitude for technology and learn new programs and processes effortlessly. You are lightning fast when multi-tasking and can remain focused in a very busy environment.
What You Will Do
From the comfort of your home office, you will be assisting customers of our Eddie Bauer client via phone, email and/or chat. You will assist customers with navigating a client’s web site, answer questions regarding sales, promotions, or merchandise, and assist with return policy information or other general customer service questions. In addition, you will use your sales skills to offer additional items, including credit card or reward program opportunities. You will ensure each customer enjoys an amazing experience and wants to come back for more!
