While I am still very new at this, it seems to me that our host program is very flexible and lots of consultants do different things. So not even knowing where to begin, I was wondering if any of you don't mind sharing what you do for your host and what she gets for hosting a Spa.
Thanks so much!

Well first I offer them the mini bistro. I'm debating rightr now whether or not to also offer 50% off any skinlogics set (for future reorders!) At the party they of course get the neckwrap but also something small like a lotion or lip balm. Although, this does have to potention to get very expensive so I'm thinking of cutting it. Right now I'm pretty desperate for parties so I'm pretty much looking for anything that will get me some!

This is what I do for my hostesses. For hosting a spa, they automatically receive 10% off their total order. I give them the neckwrap, a mini beauticase, and usually something along the spa line- like a hand massager, or loofah set, nail/foot care set- anything that compliments the BC spa products. Then for one booking she receives 30% off any item of her choice, two bookings equals 50% off any itme of her choice, three bookings equals 75% off any item of her choice, and 4 + bookings equals any item of her choice FREE. Plus she still gets the 10% off whatever her total order is for the night.
I've been thinking of having a specific drawing for anyone who books too- various discounts or FREE product, etc. will be written on pieces ofpaper and placed into a pot. Each lady that booked will then draw from the pot. If she holds her original date, she will receive what is written on her paper the night of her spa. Hopefully this will encourage them to keep their dates and not cancel so much.
What do you think?

The day they book a party, the new hostess receives a mini set. Right now a bistro mini.
When they hold their party, they get 10% in free product of their total sales with 1 dated party on my calendar. This is in addition to the neckwrap.
$10 booking credit for every spa booked after 1. This is to be spent after each spa party holds.
50% off any item per $100 in sales. This is a host only special.
Each guest gets to pick out 1 item from my basket. If they book a party at the spa, they get to pick out more gifts from the basket.
My last hostess got $40 in free product, 4 half price gifts, and $20 in booking credits. She had 3 bookings.
The reorders have increased since I started using this hostess program..and so have my bookings.
