Iasked a similar question as a poll awhile ago, but now am going to ask again as I need some ideas. I know we should not waste our work time "shuffling papers" instead of getting out and talking with people, but.....I feel overwhelmed and unorganized!
For those of you who do parties, how do you file/keep track of the orders, the people (as prospects/future hosts), and your expenses/profits?
I downloaded a trial version of a software called mlm easy money. I found it recommended on an A***e website as a very useful tool. I was really excited to try it, but every time I sit down to set it up I run into problems and just can't seem to figure it out.
I am concerned thatI am going to get buried in papers and things will be lost and tax time a huge headache!!
Any helpful hints?

I keep everything in my A***** Calendar....mileage, prospects, appts. etc. I keep my receipts all in a binder and as I print out each order, I write who the specific product is for and keep it all according toHostess nameor appt date in the binder. It's quite handy. smileys/smiley1.gif

Thank you for the tips! I have a small planner, but not the official A*** calendar.
I have just figured out how to get started with the software, and so far it seems like it will be very useful! To bad the trial version only allows 25 entries, but I guess it will give me good feel for using it and then I can decide if I want the $50 version!

I would also be interested if anyone is using this and feedback. I have been considering purchasing it as well. Are there any other custom software programs out there for our products as well that anyone knows about? I am definitely not the most organized person when it comes to paperwork and keeping track financially and can use all the help I can get.

I am using the customized version of MLM Easy Money, and I love it! Not using every feature yet--just purchased it in February--but all my orders, expenses, mileage, etc. are entered as they occur. Much smoother going than my old spreadsheet way of doing things.
