View Full Version : Party Plans in Canada

I was just wondering if I could get some recommendations for party plans in Canada. Initially I didn't want to do home parties but I'm starting to wonder if this isn't the only way to make money. I've tried PartyLite, Avon, Mary Kay and Creative Memories none of which worked for me.

You can email me some info to jaimiedalton@rogers.com

Thanks!!!

start with thes questions, "what am I passionate about?" "what excites me so much that I want to share it with the world?"

Hi Jaimie. I have just emailed you my contact information.

I too have tried other party plans and have found this one to work really well for me, and other business owners.

Please see a recent interview that will give you some insight into who I am and how this business has worked for me.

Hi Jaimie,

I second what Cassandra said!! Finding your passion will keep youexcited and motivated. Take a lookaround at the different opportunities and see what interests you first and then look deeper into those.

I'm an educational consultant with Usborne Books and we are in Canada. We have several ways to market besides party plans; children's workshops, book fairs, fundraisers, Reach for the Stars reading program just to name a few.

If you want more info feel free to pm me. Best of luck in your search. Have fun with it!! Getting started is such an exciting time with ANY company! smileys/smiley1.gif

Thank you so much for the info I'm getting! What am I passionate
about? Well my kids for one. I'd like to be able to stay
home with them or at least only have to work part time. I'm
looking for something I don't have to be embarassed to ask people to
spend money on. Like with PartyLite I LOVED the products but I
couldn't convince people they needed to spend $100 for a candle holder.<!--

Hi Jaimie,

Signature HomeStyles is thriving in Canada. We are based out of Chicago and have a ton of Canadian reps. We specialize in home decor and baskets for organizing. I, too, wanted a job that would let me stay home with my kids, earn some extra money, let me take off when I needed to and I found it! The company has great training, support and products. Check out my website at www.signaturehomestyle.biz/suzanne (http://www.signaturehomestyle.biz/suzanne) and let me know what you think. I'd be happy to send you a catalog and some other info if you're interested!
