My husband and daughter will be joining me for Celebration! I was shocked when my husband decided to come down for that weekend. He wants to visit with some friends in the area, so that works out well! No problem booking a room for all of those who are going to Celebration!!


So you will get to see my little spa girlie. She is so excited to stay at the hotel with all the spa girls!


I can't wait!

That's so exciting Vicki! That's awesome that you husband is going to be joining you..and your little spa girlie! My sister wants to come too. She is not a consultant, but after Celebration, I bet she would be! Let's make plans to meet up, k?

We have to think of something to identify all the WAHM girls who are attending Celebration. Any ideas? I know there are several restaurants inside the Texan and we could pick one to meet at for a drink or something. We do have some time free on Thursday and Friday. We will be checking in on Thursday.


Julia is so excited! They have a petting zoo in the atrium area and swimming pools....her words, how cool!

How old is your daughter? I saw where a guest could go to the functions with you but they had to be 18+, so is she just going to stay with your husband during those activities?? If so, how did you book...as a single room and they are just going with you...then what about dinner, etc...will you just go with your family. This is all new to me, but I'm thinking about going...but I can't leave my familysmileys/smiley19.gif

The Gaylord Texan Resort has a petting zoo in the atrium area and swimming pools. My daughter is 4 1/2. She will be so excited! I booked a dbl/dbl room because there is no way all 3 of us could sleep in a double bed!


We used to live in the area, so my husband has plans while I am in session. I really wanted my husband to come down because I will be in the DFW area for 10 days before conference wtih parties booked.This will give me a chance to enjoy Celebration and I don't have to worry about her staying with friends.


I understand about not wanting to leave the family. I did last year and I came home so energized! It was worth every penny.

OMG!! I just looked at the information on the resort...I'm definately going to try to go!! I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old, so they would have a great time too! Sounds like there will be plenty for them to do with dad while mom is getting pumped up! I need some inspiration...

Definitely go! It is so worth it! In your first year of business, there are no words to describe it! You see the whole picture. I went and was really bummed when I missed the next year. Last year, that picture became evenclearer. I had a Celebration moment. When my Director and Executive Director found me in tears (for no good reason) they knew.


Your children can play with Julia! I bet they would have a blast!


I promise you will come away from Celebration with so many ideas and goals you won't know where to begin!
