Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in any left over product that I have? I joined in Jan, and have found that this business is just not for me. I have a bit of inventory still left and would like to get rid of it. I am willing to let it go for our cost, and no tax. Will possibley pay for shipping as well. I have 2 black eyeliners, 3 TW Moisturizer normal to dry, 3 Concealers, ( ivory1 (2) and yellow) and 2 black eyeliners. 3 Ivory1 pressed powder. Email me if you are interested.

What about sending it back to corporate for your 90 percent back ? Do it before the change in foundations.

I agree with Jolly; send it back. It's the most money you'll make on the product.

When your sales director calls you ~~ and she will call you when corporate informs them you are sending back your product ~~ either don't answer your phone (if you have call I.D.) or else be very firm with her and parrot the phrase "this business is just not for me." No other explanation is necessary.

The only reason she'll be calling you is to talk you out of selling your stuff back to HQ because then she'll have to repay the commission she earned on your inventory. It's in HER best interest for you NOT resell back to the company.

" Do it before the change in foundations"

What foundations are changing? I wear different things, and I like the medium foundation and think that the tinted moisterizer is one of the best there is on the market.

Once the foundations change.. all of them will be obsolete. If they are on your shelf.. you are stuck. Money down the drain. I suppose all the packaging and pricing will change. I think it is the full coverage being eliminated. From what people say, anything no longer carried is usually on ebay.

Thanks for the response, Jolly. I think one of Mary Kay's strongest points are their foundations. Since I am not a consultant, I only see what they put on their website so was curious to know if they are changing the packaging.

since I am not with CORPORATE, I am specualting on the packaging and pricing change based on history with Mary Kay. The formulas ARE going to change at least in the elimination of the full coverage.. if not more.

When I began in MK, we always bragged about how the price was never increased. Then I noticed that there were many periodic changes .. and with each one the price went up. (ok, I thought, this is like getting araise as long as I was not overstocked. . Then ebay came along and some savvy customers started ordering from that)
I also noticed that over the years my skin needed different types of products. But mostly.. it needs 8 hours of sleep every night. Good restful sleep with no worries.

New TimeWise Liquid Foundations will be out early 2011.
TimeWise Luminous Wear will be for dry to normal skin.
TimeWise Matte Wear will be for combination to oily skin.
There will also be a foundation primer.
Suggested retail for the above is $20 each
There will also be a Liquid Foundation Brush which will retail for $10.

The current Full-Coverage foundation will phase out in December 2010.
The Medium-Coverage will continue to be offered, but there will be a $1 increase in December 2010 as a result of lower demand and an increase in raw material prices.

Thanks also Bobbi Anna. I am sad to see that medium coverage is losing popularity, but look forward to trying the new foundations when them come out. I think the names are great. Who wouldn't want to be luminous?

[QUOTE Who wouldn't want to be luminous?[/QUOTE]

Women over a certain age.

Jolly, I've been using the Monistat for several years. It's fabulous as a primer, and the price cannot be beat!

You probably have a different product in mind than that of which we speak. We use Monistat Chafing Relief Powder-Gel, NOT the stuff for the nether regions. Different stuff altogether.
