This may be old news for most of you, but I was so encouraged by this that I had to share.
I had a spa this afternoon, and afterwards one of the ladies there said she wanted to hostess because, although she doesn't like to do parties (meaning sales parties) so liked this because it was like she'd spent an hour at a day spa. I was so grateful she said that! I know that is what we are told to say when we offer the experience, and are trying to get the bookings, but I was so happy that I heard that from someone personally. I wouldn't have known it this particular day, because I wasn't getting the nod and smile from anyone (that usually puts me at ease!).
By the way, I just followed the flip cards, except for adding the foot sauna (hot socks and plastic bags).
Hope that encourages you as well to know that the ladies are truly feeling pampered and really enjoying their experience.

That is so cool! Sometimes it does us better to hear words like this than it does to make a sale! Believe those words, take them to heart, and take them with you everywhere you go! Keep up the great work!
