Hi, it is a legitimate company that I also include in the Call Center category (along with 5 pages of other companies in that category alone) on my site. Hope it works out with them.

Wishing you the best,

Annie

I applied there, even though they say they hire state wide where I live, you MUST live in the part of the state where they provide service to ppl.

So for example in MN, you have to live where they are putting their services.....even though it says "state wide" you have to live in certain areas, which was a little sad.

And you need a strong Netwroking/IT trouble shooting skills (which I have) but I live in the wrong area.

I applied for Convergys (after finally having the money to get the "best" computer I could to meet WAHJ requirements) in Aug. and got a reply back two days ago!
I had passed BOTH computer tests (the HA quality test as well as the requirements section) and then I was contacted by a recruiter to take the online assessment.
The questions were a BIT interesting and I had to take 3 parts to it and I just *hoped* that I passed them ok.

Well, I guess I did cause I got an email from them today asking me what hours I would be available to work. I said 40 hrs. and thankfully there is a full-time permanent job opening up and training would start next month! The only other option was part-time so I DEFINETELY wanted the full-time one.

I am slated to be contacted this Wednesday for an appt. for a phone interview so WISH ME LUCK! I have been wanting to work at home for a looonnnngggg time and I hope that it works out for me.

I will stay posting as I get more info....no idea yet of salary or the set hours would work but who cares? IT'S AT HOME! :)
