Job Description:
Internet Advertising Co., which operates Special Appearance Attorneys Yellow Pages.com and Plastic Surgery Yellow Pages.com, is looking for an Executive Assistant interested in pursuing a career [or college credit] in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and/or Promotions.
This person will use Internet and other types of research to create databases for our various Yellow Pages directories: (Special Appearance Attorneys, Plastic Surgery Yellow Pages, Cosmetic Surgery Yellow Pages, Dating Services Yellow Pages, Lingerie Yellow Pages, 800Yellow Pages [.com], etc.
They will use those databases to set up a marketing program using e-mail, snail mail, online social media, etc., to obtain listings in our Yellow Pages associated with their profession.
They will arrange for listings to be published in the appropriate Yellow Pages and set up a billing system to collect listing fees.
They will establish a presence for the company on Twitter, Facebook, mySpace, LinkedIn, and other social media and "Posting" quality ads on Craigslist.
They will contact the advertising departments of the companies which place advertising for their products.
