Thanks ladies! I know it is such a minor achievement, but it is an achievement nonetheless! smileys/smiley4.gif I'm just waiting for it to show up on the recognition board (not that anyone really pays attention to it, but still! I'd like to see my name in "print"!)

I think a lot of us pay attention to the acheivements section! I know I do! It is thrilling to see your name in print! Enjoy it! It will not be the last time you see it in print.

I always check the achievements! I just promoted to Sr. Consultant this month also. When I signed into BeautiNet and it said Sr. Consultant under my name, it made me feel like I had really accomplished something.


OurExecutive Director told us last night that it takes a bunch of baby steps to make it to leadership. We each progress at our own pace. They may seem small, but each step gets you closer toyour dream.

I too got promoted and must say that I was so excited! I absolutly loved it. I know its a small accompleshment but as said before, it is something. I did feel a little happier after I saw Sr. consultant under my name.
