I've seen a handful of posts about this site (in Advertise Your Business) - it looks pretty scammy. Just thought I'd check and see of anyone had any experience with them.

I really don't know much about it, but I signed up a few months back just to see if it panned out. They have not asked for any money or tried to get me to pay fees. At his point their site says that they are still in pre-launch. Maybe someone else could shed a little light on the subject.
