I see different people and hear different stories about Director level. It seems Director is different with every company.... It kind of makes me sad- but Director with our company is a very "revered" level and we need 4 leaders to become a Director. (3 Coordinators and 1 Senior Coordinator). How about some of you share what your levels are... I am NOT interested in leaving my company at allI am just curious....

Diane,
I am at a loss as to why you feel sad that the title of Director requires
different qualifications from different companies?
With Taste Of Home Entertaining, we must have three front line active, which
means $500 in retail sales per month, and a Group Wholesale Volume of
$10,000 ($8,000 in June, July & December).
My best,

To become a Director with Latasia Jewelryyou need 5 team members, not at any certain level. They just need to have completed their first 5 parties and $1500 in sales within 60 days of their first party. When you are consistently working your business you are promoted out to Director and earn 13% on their wholesale sales each month.
Director is our first level of leadership in Latasia. There are 4 more levels to go up and the requirements for each are different. From sales to number of Directors under you to attain each one.

In our company Director means you have eight personally enrolled customers. That's our first advancement, first bonus and first pay raise smileys/smiley1.gif Then you advance to higher levels as you develop Directors in your organization and of course also enroll more people yourself. There are three higher titles you can earn, and steps in between.

In my case, I had to have one team leader (6 active downline w/ 3500 sales), monthly group sales minimums of 3500+ and8 personally sponsored active recruits.
I am shooting for Sr. Executive, Four-Star, Super-Dooper, Director of the World title next. smileys/smiley2.gif
LOL. I like to joke about the "levels" because they are so different depending upon the company and they really can be meaningless to people who aren't familiar with the business.
Of course...they AREN'T meaningless AT-ALL to us, are they? I love getting a new title!

Titles shouldn't worry you. Just like in the corproate world... titles vary from company to company. In corporate America, you could be a "sales manager" with one company, and a V.P. of Sales for another. They all have different "Names" for titles for the exact same position.
I think companies try to have their own "branding" on titles. BUT - when titles work... other companies follow suit and use those same "titles." That's why you see some companies with the same title names.
Director with SLAH is the first level of leadership, then it is Star Director, 2 Star director and Senior Director. I'm hoping to close in on -2- Star this year!

I agree, Susan. I don't really care as much about the title..as I do the increased paycheck that comes along with it!

With lia sophia we have Unit, Division, Region and Zone. To move to unit we must have 3 active recruits and a team sales average of $5000 per month for the 3 months prior to our promotion. Of that $5000, $1500 has to come from the promoting advisor. After that, we must maintainat least3 active recruits and $5000 average sales monthly, with $1500 being our personal sales. We make 10% override on the retail sales of our team (including our personal sales).
