ILINGUAL Technical Support Represantative

We are looking for bilingual Technical Support who can speak and write the following language combination perfectly. This Technical Support position is defined specifically for Audience Support which provides assistance to individual viewers and clients who encounter issues when attempting to view a webcast. Audience Support service is usually booked by the clients as a professional service on an hourly basis. Audience support is delivered to the client through emails, provided online tools, as well as phone calls. We are looking for the following Language Combinations:
- English/Japanese
- English/German
- English/Portuguese
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a BOFFIN Audience Support Professional (ASP), you will:
- Spend most of your time helping customers solve a variety of technical problems?some routine and straightforward, some complex and challenging.
- Have access to a technical specialist who can help you work through especially difficult problems.
- Need to be at work on time, all the time, so that you're available when our customers call for help.
- Have to be well-organized and be able to multitask.
- Always be expected to provide world class customer service quickly and efficiently.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Successful ASPs are individuals who:
Enjoy helping customers work systematically through hardware or software problems.
- Enjoy the challenges of working with a wide variety of people.
- Have a strong desire to learn continually and grow professionally.
- Are driven to master the products they're supporting/offering.
- Are comfortable communicating about technical matters in laymen's terms.
- Are comfortable working on a team learning from and supporting others.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent Skill in verbal and written communication in both languages to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
- Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Be able to work from home with basic home office equipments: computer, internet, phone etc.
- Knowledge of a Windows O/S and Internet; Basic PC knowledge required.
- Able to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice.
- Minimum High School diploma or above plus 1 yerar of customer support experience.
- Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
