Hi! I'm new to the forum and am considering joining Baby
Crazy. I've read as much as I can find on their website and on
here and would love to hear from Baby Crazy reps.
I guess I just want to know anything you want to share above and beyond
what's on the website. Some of my many questions... What has been
your experience with the company? What do you like most?
What things would you change? What types of rankings are there and how
difficult are they to achieve? Do you find the product easy to
sell? Do you sell primarily through parties, online, or some
other way? Do you sell Baby Crazy for profit, or primarily for
personal use? What were the first few things you did to get
started? What do you need to do to remain "active"?
Ok, I know that's a lot of questions, but I'd just love to hear more
about the experiences (good and bad) from anyone willing to share...
Thanks so much!

Hi Christy smileys/smiley1.gif
I've been a rep with Baby Crazy for about 7-8 months now. I am unable to do home parties (because of my daughter and my husband's work schedule) so I do most of my sales online and from individual orders.
What has been your experience with the company?
I think Baby Crazy is honestly one of the best direct sales companies out there. They are well organized and do a great job of keeping the consultants up-to-date with the company. We have monthly conference calls/training, and they are great with incentives for the consultants.
What do you like most?
Tough one! I love how easily accessible Lee and Jen are. I love the products too - its so nice to have toys and necessities that aren't in every store you go to, while still being reasonably priced. I also really like that we have flat rate shipping!
What types of rankings are there and how difficult are they to achieve?
You earn commission on five levels of your downline. There are also bonuses awarded when you meet certain sales levels.
Do you find the product easy to sell?
It's tough for me to give you a well rounded answer to this question, since I don't do home parties. I have never had problems making sales when I try though! People are usually impressed by the selection and price. I know that many other reps do very well with home parties and with fairs/shows.
Do you sell Baby Crazy for profit, or primarily for personal use?
Both. I have a decent selection of toys for my daughter, and I have given many of them as gifts. I also pull in orders online for profit and have received orders from family and friends (and word of mouth). I'd like to start doing sales or fundraisers with local schools and daycares too!
What were the first few things you did to get started?
I emailed everyone I know, got a few key online advertising slots, and started handing out business cards!
What do you need to do to remain "active"?
There aren't any minimum requirements as a rep - making a sale keeps you active, as does calling into the recorded conference call. smileys/smiley1.gif
Please feel free to post back here or email me if you have any other questions! I'm not sure how many other BC reps are on these boards, I think there are a few others but who knows if they will see this or not smileys/smiley1.gif
Best of luck with your decision!
Sincerely,
Rebecca

Hello everyone,
Im new to WAHM...just verified my login a few hours ago but ive been lurking for a week now! Im about to become a mother for the first time(unexpectedlyI might add smileys/smiley2.gif) and im interested in earning a bit of extra income. BabyCrazy sounds really interesting but im completely new to this whole thing. Was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction? I have some questions and such........and I only have a small idea how being a rep or consultant works.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone! Thanks so much in advance.

Hi Marinda!
Welcome to these message boards! They are awesome filled with great people.
I recommend finding a consultant who you trust and asking her questions. Check out the products and see if they excite you. Look at training, compensation and what comes in your intro kit.
Best of luck!
Follow your passion!
