We are have an IMMEDIATE need for bilingual French-English speakers with a medical background for a call center taking calls from French-speaking parts of Canada. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone that would like to work from home, needs schedule flexibility and who would like to grow with this exciting business.
The medical interviewer will ...
Work as an independent contractor, part time with flexible hours from home (100% telecommute)
Answer calls from patients as they come in
Read a pre-written script and ask the scripted qualifier questions
Schedule patients
Make outbound calls to a list of patients as provided by the company
The medical interviewer is required to...
Have experience in the medical field (prefer Nurse or similar medical degree. CRC experience is a plus)
Bilingual English/French fluency
Have a computer with broadband internet access and corded landline phone (not provided by, or reimbursed by the company)
Have availability of at least 10 hours per week in 1- to 4-hour time slots between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm eastern time
Have basic computer skills
Have a reasonably quiet setting in which to work
Be comfortable with complex medical terms
Have excellent patient interaction skills
Have excellent customer service and phone skills
Be exceptionally diligent and reliable
Be able to work independently
The medical interviewer will be provided...
Required software
Call center agent orientation (software and call handling)
Medical/clinical background on protocol as required
Those candidates who do not meet the education requirements but have strong French and English skills and call center or other applicable experience, may still be eligible to participate under special circumstances.
