We're now interviewing for part-time (up to 30 hours per week), experienced life insurance customer service workers who are perky, articulate, detailed, fiendly to work with and who have superb telephone and script-reading skills. Can you read a script and be friendly and thorough and genuine at the same time?
There is no cold calling with this job, but you will be calling and surveying people who have been to our website good with MS Word, Excel and telephone skills.
In this fast-paced job, you will be helping us do a wide variety of communicative tasks, including making outbound calls and taking inbound calls. You'll interact with website visitors by phone to obtain needed information or to give scripted advice.
The needs and wants of the customer will come first in everything that you do, so good phone skills and attention to customer wants and needs are essential.
Starting pay is $15 per hour and we offer flexible hours from 30 to 30 hours per week. Plus, this job give you total freedom to work from home or in our office and to work the hours of your choice!
