Hey everyone,
I'm planning on putting out some drawing boxes (I know this was a topic a while back and I got motivated!) but I plan to have everyone who enters win a personal spa facial with me. I was wondering if you could please suggest some sort of "script" or what to say when I call them on the phone including
1) you didn't win the grand prize, but you won this!
2) This will include etc... (please include what you do with a 1 on 1)
Anything else is appreciated, thanks!
Deb G.

Deb, one thing never tell them they didn't win. They won a one on one consultation with you!! Do your best not to put a negative in there.
HI, I am Deb from BeautiControl. You signed up for a drawing for _____, I wanted to call you and let you know youwona day of pampering from me. I would love to talk with you and show you some wonderful products and let you sample many of the products that I have. I have an opening on ______ would this be good for you? And schedule from there. I also tell them I have a couple of free samples (I have spa bath minerals in a mini bag and asmall sample of show of hands).
One thing when you do the one on ones that is working for me, really well, is tell them after they have choose some items to purchase. I would love to pamper some of your friends. Wait till you hear the best part, if 2 of your friends are willing to let me come talk to them about BeautiControl, I will give you one of the item of your choice, for you at half price.
I let them know they will not get the item till after their friends have booked, so I make sure they have a wish list too. Its working. If one of their friends have a spa party, I would still give them a $10.00 off at their friends spa party for another item, but I haven't had that happen just yet, but their friends are letting me come see them for an hour.
The one on ones are great, because some people have small children, and around here spouses aren't always here. Most are deployed over in Iraq etc. So, they get a little me pampering.
Good luck and let me know how it goes.

Thanks Nickie!
What products do you use when you "pamper" them for a day. And how much time do you usually spend pampering them? I love the idea of meeting with women 1 on 1 to give them all my attention. Do you only let them try a few products and just show the rest or do you let them experience a whole spa facial. I was planning on really doing a facial for them - that way it's less of a sales pitch and they can actually feel the products on their skin. Let me know what you think, thanks!

You can do that too Deb, Just make sure they know your coming to do the facial. Meaning no makeup (of course you get to use the lid and lash bath and you could show them how to use the products for their evening ritual. LOL
Yes, I use show of hands, lip appeal, warming mask, hydrating mist, extreme hand repair, eye pads (had an exception on that once don't know why), and let them sample different lotions etc. I haven't used the foot socks on anyone yet, but been wanting too. I let them smell the product lines they want and use the lotions on them if they want. I haven't had the same experience twice yet, so I am trying to get a routine going. I think its a great idea to use the products on them facial wise. I had one use the skin analysis to find her line of products. Its been fun, but the best part since I don't know what I am doing yet, lol, I got a reason to see them again and say, "I got another product for you to try" and hopefully build my client base this way. Esp if they see I am interested in seeing them again. Hopefully, they will have thought of someone else for me to see. LOL
This is all new to me too, but its been so much fun learning from these women too. OH, and make sure you get permission to do the facial on them. Unless you are licensed cosmo, your not suppose to touch them, but if you do it as a friendly one on one and they agree to it, I think you would be okay. I know Donna Goins does a lot of one on ones. Its how she got her business going and now she is usally one of the top sales consultants every month. She was my trainer. She also did makeovers for friends and still does. So as long as your customer is comfortable with you, I think you would never have an issue.
I also show them the neck wrap and say this would be a gift for you if you hold a spa. I let them hold it and smell it. I was going to warm it up in a microwave once, but I decided to use it as an incentive to have the spa escape. Also, you can give them an idea of what they would get if they hold an escape and you book and sell from it. Also, when they seem really interested I let them know what all they could get for $99.00 to try and interest them in the business too. It must of worked. LOL Good luck Deb

Thank you for sharing the idea of the one on ones. I think that will be a fun way to take care of some of the people on my list who don't think they can do a spa. I appreciate your script idea at the top of the thread too. That sounds good!

Thanks again Nickie,
I'm looking forward to it! I definitely plan to ask about touching them first - plus I will mention that it is completely FREE. Then it would be a "Friendly" thing like you mentioned - I'm not charging anything so I don't need to be licensed I think :)
I also don't plan to do the foot socks. I will probably warm or freeze the neck wrap though. I don't do a lot of makeup for clients yet so yeah, I would focus on it being a facial, not a make over.
I've thought about even doing Microderm Abrasion, cell block c and/or eye-x-cel but do you think I'd be spending too much on demos? I guess I don't see it as a cost even if 1 out of 5 orders. We'll see! I've got to get at least 1 box out soon!
Thanks again!

Try letting THEM do the skincare or MDA themselves. I figure I'm not gonna be there everyday to do it for them, this gives them the chance to try it b4 they buy it!
We all know from ourselves that once you try the skincare, your'e hookedsmileys/smiley36.gif!

Deb,
The cold calling article by Wendi Weiss is a great tool in helping you create a script. Here's the link: http://www.wendyweiss.com/sales_tutorial_reports.html#

Hi, I just ran into something new today I thought I would share with this. A client was worried about having a reaction to certain products, so what I did I know the area in the inside of your wrist is a sensitive area, so I told her we would just put a little there and to let me know if it turned red or a rash. I was told thatyears ago and not even really sure if that works.
Does anyone else have suggestions? She wanted to try it, but was nervous about it giving her a reaction. this is the first one that wanted to try the products on her face, but I backed off of it, with her reaction talk. I told her lets just sample it on our hands and wrist and if she had any reaction there to let me know. Would love to hear someone elses experiences like this. Thanks.
