Has anyone made any flyers with small sample molds attached on tear offs? I just made some & they're cute & look like they will attract attention. smileys/smiley17.gif smileys/smiley17.gif smileys/smiley17.gif

I did this yesterday Doreen and hung it up in my apartment complex on the bulletin boards. It looks SO good and SURELY will get some attention! smileys/smiley2.gif

Good morning Ladies:


I have been thinking about all the community bulletin boards around my area, as well as the community mailbox areas for flyers. I think it's a great idea and I want to get my name out there too.


What concerns me about these open and public areas is if I attach scent samples, some unscrupulous souls may simply grab the whole bunch for themselves. Let's face it, our scents smell soooo good, people would want to grab them!


I don't think it would be a problem with flyers alone, but once a scent sample is attached, they would become attractive items to hoard.


It would be different if we had permission to have a basketful of flyers and samples on a sales counter in a store, etc. In this kind of situation, I think people would pretty well consider it shoplifting to grab a whole handful of samples.


But scent samples left 100% unattended on a bulletin board ...


Am I the only one worried about this? Sorry if I'm a nervous Nelly. smileys/smiley18.gif

I do see where you are coming from...but look at it like this- to hang about 9 scent samples at the bottom of a flyer costs about 1/3 of a votive - so maybe .33. It's worth the risk, dont ya think? smileys/smiley2.gif

I did my flyers with 3 tear offs & samples so the tear off w/info is larger & they won't lose info. I did think that people would horde samples also but hey at least someone is getting the samples.
