Hello Nickie, and anyone else who has a closing they use...would you mind sharing yours too? We had a good time on the call, thank you Vickie! But, we didn't hear many to compare.

I can explain what I do, there is no script that I follow. I need to get that down, to make it easier on myself. Mine comes from what my director does.

I pass out the client profiles, that just has their name, phone #, ect. As they are filling that out I watch for them to get to the 2nd part of the front, which is the opportunity to hostess and to join. I go over those as they reach that part. Then, I have them turn that over, and on the back in everything I went over during the Spa, seperated into sets...skin care, spa package, repair set, and Spa Diva (the opportunity again). This way I am not ever actually saying, here let me get your orders. I do explain that they can choose to purchase items out of each set, instead of buying a whole set.

Its not much, but it helped me in the beginning. I do like what Vickie has to share. I think its a great idea to mark all their favorite items, whether they want them that day or not. You'll see what I mean.smileys/smiley2.gif
