Are you using the BeautiControl Sensitive line? Sounds like you need some of the Protective calming fluid.

I agree with the recommendation for our sensitive line; I've used it myself and although I've moved on to regular lines because my skin has improved, I always keep the protective services around for any little flair ups. The environmental issues can definitely be challenging - do you find that your skin is drier or oilier after working? that might also indicate some additional treatments to try...
